He knew what he wanted and boy, he got her.

Travis Kelce has spoken out for the first time since popping the all-important question to Taylor Swift, gushing over how fun it’s been “telling everybody” he’s marrying the pop icon.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 35, and 14-time Grammy winner, who have been dating since the summer of 2023, delighted fans around the globe on Aug. 26 with news of their engagement.

In a teaser clip for Wednesday’s episode of “New Heights,” the 3-time Super Bowl champ swooned over his new fiancée during a conversation with his co-host and brother, Jason Kelce.

“Travis, we’ve got to talk about it,” Jason says in the clip. “In case you missed the Instagram post heard around the world, Travis and Taylor are engaged!”

“That’s right,” Travis responds. “I appreciate everybody that reached out and sent something, and all the posts, all the excitement that’s been going on.”

“It’s been really fun telling everybody who I’m going to be spending the rest of my life with,” he added.

Travis got down on one knee and presented the “Cruel Summer” hitmaker with a massive diamond sparkler in the backyard of his Missouri mansion shortly after their joint “New Heights” podcast taping.

While the pair have already been seen out and about since news of their engagement became public, the lovebirds have waited to address the exciting news.

It’s expected that the NFL star will reveal more details about the intimate proposal once the full episode drops on Wednesday.

Travis and the “Love Story” songstress announced their exciting engagement in a joint Instagram post on Aug. 26.

“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,” Swift, 35, wrote alongside a sweet snap of Kelce, also 35, down on one knee in a colorful garden.

Another snap showed the singer’s gigantic engagement ring, which Page Six reported is an old mine brilliant-cut diamond in a gold bezel setting that her future husband designed himself.

It comes as Travis’ dad, Ed Kelce, last week revealed details from his first phone call with his son, who had called him shortly after proposing to Swift.

“He got her out there, they were about to go out to dinner, and he said, ‘Let’s go out and have a glass of wine,’ … they got out there, and that’s when he asked her, and it was beautiful,” Ed, 74, told local outlet ABC 5 Cleveland.

Ed then recalled receiving a FaceTime call from Travis.

“So at that practice … I got a FaceTime call from them, and as soon as I saw the FaceTime, I saw it was Travis, and then I saw Taylor there with him, I knew what they were going to say, and they, you know, let us know,” he said.

“They started FaceTiming me and their mother and her folks to make sure everybody knew. So, to see them together is great.”

The father of two couldn’t help but gush over his son’s love story with the “You Belong With Me” hitmaker.

“They’re just two young people very much in love, cast in a spotlight that they really haven’t sought but kind of followed with their success in their respective fields,” Ed added.
