They’re the modern-day Adonises.

Dr. Julian De Silva, a facial cosmetic surgeon, used the Greek Golden Ratio of Beauty to determine the 10 most handsome men in the world, according to scientific research.

“These brand new computer mapping techniques allow us to solve some of the mysteries of what it is that makes someone physically beautiful and the technology is useful when planning patients’ surgery,” De Silva said.

The Golden Ratio — 1.618 (ϕ) : 1 — is an ancient Greek mathematical equation that’s said to be an irrefutable measure of true beauty, and the closer your facial structure comes to these numbers the more beautiful you are.

De Silva, who runs the Centre for Advanced Facial Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery in London, concluded in his analysis that Aaron Taylor-Johnson is scientifically the most handsome man on Earth.

The 34-year-old actor widely rumored to be the next James Bond topped the list with a near-perfect score of 93.04%.

“Aaron was the clear winner when all elements of the face were measured for physical perfection,” De Silva said.

He explained that what makes Taylor-Johnson “so exceptional” is his overall face shape, which “is only 0.8% off being perfect” with a score of 99.2%. The width and length of his nose are also “almost perfect” at 98.8%.

“He also has a beautifully sculpted chin which scored well at 95%,” De Silva explained. “All his scores were really strong except for his eye spacing at 89%, the gap between his nose and lip (89.6%) and his lips (86%).”

If Taylor-Johnson does become the next 007, it would make him “the most handsome James Bond in the history of the role,” according to science.

“Aaron’s 93.04% score is well ahead of Sean Connery, in second place with 89.2%, with Roger Moore in third on 88.8% and Daniel Craig in last place – behind George Lazenby – on 84.2%.”

In second place is 32-year-old “Emily in Paris” star Lucien Laviscount with a score of 92.41% — and he had the highest score for the length and width of his face at 99.1%. He scored in the top for his “beautifully shaped lips” at 97.4%, though he was marked down for the gap between his nose and his upper lip.

Paul Mescal, 28, is the third most handsome man in the world with a score of 92.38%. He had the highest score for his square chin at 98.6% and was marked down for his thin lips, only scored 82%.

In fourth place is Robert Pattinson, 38, at 92.15%. De Silva noted the “Twilight” heartthrob was “in the top five for nearly all the categories because he has such classically shaped features and a wonderful chiseled jaw. His only score below average was for his lips which are a little thin and flat.”

British actor Jack Lowden, 34, came in fifth with a score of 90.33%. He had the highest score for his eye position and came in second for eye spacing. His mark downs were due to his lips and the length and width of his nose.

“It’s not hard to see why he has made such an impression with those deep blue eyes,” De Silva said of Lowden.

“George Clooney is easily the oldest star on the list but he remains a stunningly attractive man with classical features in great proportion,” De Silva added of the sixth most handsome man in the world.

Clooney, 63, had a score of 89.9% due to the “loss of volume in his face and, inevitably, some sagging around the eyes.”

“To still make the top ten at 63 is remarkable and is testament to his incredible natural good looks,” De Silva added.

The “X-Men” star Nicholas Hoult, 34, came in seventh at 89.84%. He scored 95.8% for his eye position, and scored well in all categories — except for the overall shape of his face, which received a score of 80%.

Charles Melton of “Riverdale” fame came in eighth at 88.46%, scoring high for his eye position and length and width of his face, but was marked down for the gap between his nose and upper lip.

“He has a Korean mother and an American father and this mixed race heritage gives him a particularly striking appearance,” De Silva noted.

In ninth place was Idris Elba with an overall score of 87.94% — but he had the highest mark for his eye spacing at 98.9%. Elba’s “beautifully sculpted chin” just missed the top spot with a score of 98.5%, and he was marked down due to the shape of his nose.

“At 52, Idris is the third oldest man on the list but he is showing few signs of ageing and is in wonderful shape,” De Silva added.

Finally, in tenth place, Shah Rukh Khan, the 58-year-old “King of Bollywood,” scored an overall 86.76% and scored very highly for his lips and square chin, but was marked down due to the shape of his nose.

“The king of Bollywood has been one of India’s biggest stars for the last three decades. He is still striking looking at 58 and is aging wonderfully,” De Silva said.
