From Jenna Johnson’s unbelievably toned figure to Dylan Efron’s strong core, both the celebrity contestants and the dancing pros have been shamelessly showing off their abs.
Take Alix Earle, for example, who flaunted her defined abs via Instagram in November 2025. While she was already toned ahead of her dancing career, her figure seemingly got stronger. Ahead of the show’s 20th Anniversary Night, she rocked a black sports bra and gray sweatpants while camera blocking on the dance floor and flaunted her core.
Robert Irwin also put his core on display prior to announcing he would be competing on season 24 while posing in a Bonds underwear ad.
