Caitlin Clark’s admiration for Taylor Swift has finally come full circle after the two embraced each other multiple times during the Chiefs’ divisional round playoff game on Saturday.

Clark was spotted sitting in the pop star’s suite in Arrowhead Stadium, where Kansas City beat the Texans, 23-14, and advanced to the AFC title game.

The pair shared their first hug — at least seen on the ABC broadcast — in the suite following a crucial 49-yard reception from Travis Kelce, which set up the Chiefs’ only touchdown of the first half.

Later in the game, Clark and Swift were seen sitting next to each other in the front row of the box, where the duo clung to each other multiple times throughout the second half.

Clark and the 14-time Grammy winner shared another hug when Kelce caught an 11-yard touchdown pass at the start of the fourth quarter, increasing the Chiefs’ lead to eight over the Texans at that point.

Swift invited the 2024 WNBA Rookie of the Year to the game when Clark attended the Eras Tour multiple times in Indianapolis in November, per Sports Illustrated.

Clark sat near Kelce during her second Eras Tour show on Nov. 2, where she posted on X “I’M FIRED UP!!!!!!!” from her seat.

Clark’s support of Swift made headlines in September 2023, when she posted on X: “Taylor Swift welcome to the good side #chiefskingdom” when it came out that the pop star was in a relationship with Kelce.

On an appearance on the Kelce brothers’ podcast, “New Heights,” Clark opened up about her support for the Chiefs.

“I had family in Kansas City, and I grew up in Des Moines, Iowa, which is only three hours from Kansas City,” Clark said on the podcast. “That’s just the closest NFL team.”

Clark has also been referred to as the “Taylor Swift of women’s basketball” by Hall of Fame player and coach Nancy Lieberman.
