Shedeur Sanders is free, free-falling.

The former Colorado quarterback, who previously had expected to be a top-three draft pick, fell out of the first round completely, with even the Giants passing altogether despite trading back into Round 1 and drafting Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart with the 25th pick.

Oddsmakers across the betting landscape now project Sanders will be selected by the Browns with the first pick of the second round.

Sanders is a -150 favorite to be drafted by the Browns with the 33rd pick, according to Fanatics Sportsbook.

The Browns also hold the 36th pick, should they opt for another player at No. 33 and hope Sanders falls to them later.

Cleveland could be a good landing Sanders since he would have a chance to compete for a starting role given the nightmare quarterback situation that Cleveland is facing this year.

The Browns are paying injured quarterback Deshaun Watson a massive salary for the next two seasons and have just Joe Flacco and Kenny Pickett on their roster otherwise.

Shedeur’s father, Colorado coach and NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders, told him that “Flacco my age” when the younger Sanders the Browns were set at quarterback because of the free-agent signing of the 40-year-old former Super Bowl MVP.

Fanatics has the Browns far and away the favorites to draft Sanders with -155 odds, but the Raiders (+325) come in second, while the Saints (+500) are also in the mix.

Interestingly enough, the Jets (10/1) have the fourth-best odds to draft Sanders as he looks for his next destination.

Sanders threw for 3,231 yards and 30 touchdowns with eight interceptions while starring for Colorado last season alongside No. 2 pick Travis Hunter.

His fall from a projected top pick to landing outside of the first round was a shocker, but multiple reports throughout the draft process said that Sanders had bad interviews with prospective teams.
