Ricochet says he’s tried to tell everyone about what he’d be capable of if he could bring his “true self” to wrestling television.

That’s what he says we are finally seeing materialize over his seven-plus months since leaving WWE to join AEW.

After being someone lauded for his in-ring work but whose promo skills had been questioned, he’s morphed into one of the company’s most entertaining heels (just don’t tell him he’s the bad guy) as someone who comes across as nerdy yet dangerous after a stellar feud with former AEW World champion Swerve Strickland that ended with a loss at the Revolution pay-per-view last month.

The 36-year-old Ricochet describes himself as someone trying to show the entire world that he’s been “underrated,” “looked over,” and to prove that you “never give up on yourself.”
