Coveted Twins reliever Jhoan Duran has a new home.

The Phillies are acquiring the right-hander from Minnesota, The Post’s Jon Heyman reported.

Pitcher Mick Abel and catcher Eduardo Tait are going back to Minnesota in the swap.

Other teams interested in Duran included the Yankees, Mets, Mariners and Red Sox, per Heyman.

Duran has 43 strikeouts and a 2.01 ERA in 49 1/3 innings for the Twins this season.
