So much for the “dead” Ladies’ Mile.

The retail picture at 620 Sixth Ave. looked bleak after Bed Bath & Beyond went belly-up in 2021, leaving behind 100,000 square feet at the iconic Ladies’ Mile address that was left half-empty by office and retail departures.

Some geniuses even predicted doom for the entire shopping corridor north of West 14th Street.

Not so fast. The 700,000 square-foot cast-iron giant between West 18th and West 19th streets is now 100% filled. Ulta Beauty just scooped up the last remaining storefront at 620 Sixth for 11,503 square feet on the ground floor.

The asking rent was $175 per square foot. It will be Ulta’s third Big Apple location.

The deal follows Burlington Coat Factory’s recent signing for nearly 80,000 square feet.

The property, owned by RXR and Hudson Bay Capital, has seen more than 490,000 square feet of leases in the past 12 months.
