Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Jessi Ngatikaura opened up about her recent eyelid surgery after taking time to heal.

Jessi, 33, got candid about her skin pinch six weeks after getting the procedure done in a TikTok clip she posted on Friday, October 10.

“It was not a full bleph,” she said, referring to a surgery that removes excess skin from the eyelids. “It’s called a skin pinch, which is kind of a mini bleph. I just had some extra skin under my eyes [that] I wasn’t super happy with.”

The Hulu personality then showed before-and-after photos, zooming in on her under-eye area. “I’m aware it’s not, like, super crazy, but it was just something I was unhappy with so why not fix it up?” she added. “You can kind of tell it’s a little tighter, a little fresher, a little less skin. I do love that it’s made me feel and look more youthful. It’s not like I look completely fake.”

Jessi revealed that her parents will soon be going under the knife and getting the same procedure done. Her surgeon, Dr. James Manning, has been booked to do the skin pinch on her parents after seeing her results.

“Six weeks in, I am so happy with it,” Jessi continued. “It was an easy recovery. I think I had the stitches in for five days and then after that, it was just a little swelling for a week or two and then I was good. Super, super happy with it.”

“It’s been 6 weeks since my skin pinch to the haters saying I ruined my face, what do you think now?” Jessi captioned the post. Fans were quick to compliment her results in the comments section.

“Looks so good and natural,” one social media user wrote, while a second added, “I feel like people forget that 1. it’s your money and face, and 2. if something is making you uncomfortable in your own self, there are ways to change that to be more confident.” A third commented, “I love that you’re soooo open about you do!!!”

The hairstylist previously opened up to Us Weekly about why she prefers to be transparent when it comes to getting work done.

“I’m really open,” Jessi said. “I feel like I have no boundaries. So I’m like, yeah, if I get this done, I’m going to share it, especially because there might be people who are interested in it, and I gave them a little play by play.”

Jessi admitted there is also a part of her that feels like she “shouldn’t share so much when people are mean” online. (Jessi has been open about getting a breast augmentation, a labiaplasty and a nose job to reduce the size of her nostrils.)

“Utah in general is kind of like a vain state,” she told Us. “I feel like we love our Botox, our lashes, our hair, all of it. We just take care of ourselves because we do want to look good and feel good. So I [have] that sentiment overall of just like, it’s okay to do things for yourself to feel better.”

During season 1 of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, the Hulu star spilled that she was getting a “mommy makeover.”

“They’re cutting it all off, tightening it back up,” she said of her labiaplasty.

“A labiaplasty basically takes the inside of your vagina, the material that’s a little more sensitive, and tucks it up inside,” Jessi explained in the September 2024 episode. “Pregnancy kind of pushes it out and mine decided to stay there. And now after having two kids, even though physically I look back to normal, there are things that will never be the same.”
