There are just two games left before the Final Four of the 2025 March Madness tournament is set. The No. 2 Tennessee Volunteers and No. 1 Houston Cougars will kick off today’s Elite 8 contests.

The Vols lost to their Sweet 16 opponents, the Kentucky Wildcats, twice during the regular season, but came up big when it mattered, defeating them 78-65 on Friday to advance to a second consecutive Elite 8.

Houston advanced in dramatic fashion; thanks to a layup with 0.9 seconds left, the Cougars ended with 62 points to Purdue’s 60. The team is now on a 16-game winning streak entering today’s game.

Today’s winner will move on to face Cooper Flagg and the Duke Blue Devils during the Final Four games next weekend.
