You’ve heard the proverbial, “Don’t Post Anything You Wouldn’t Want Your Mom to See.”

Jourdan Lewis, it appears, has not.

“You a bitch,” the Cowboys’ cornerback wrote in a direct message to Lions’ wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown on Instagram the morning after Detroit’s 47-9 Week 6 drubbing of Dallas.

St. Brown promptly shared the chirp with his 600,000-plus followers on Instagram, which led Lewis to chastise the public unveiling: “That was between me and him. He decided to show the world,” the cornerback posted to X.

The Lions’ traveled into AT&T Stadium and took care of business on Sunday, defeating the Cowboys for the first time since 2013.

St. Brown amassed four catches for 37 yards and a touchdown in the contest and Detroit climbed to 4-1 on the season. Dallas, meanwhile, slipped to 3-3.

The Lewis-St. Brown matchup was scrappy, as expected. The two partook in a shoving match at the end of one play on Sunday.

Their feud can be traced back to at least July, 2024, when St. Brown appeared on “The Pivot Podcast” and named Lewis as his least favorite cornerback in the league.

St. Brown recalled a game in 2022 where Lewis was “talking crazy, like some s–t I’ve never heard before.”

“I’m trying to make plays, win the game. I’m not worried about him. But once he starts talking like that, it’s like, all right, if I do get a chance to kill him, I’ma kill him,” St. Brown said.

Lewis, in turn, responded on Instagram, writing, “I am passionate about my craft and I don’t want to be friends with everyone, especially a Detroit Lion not from Detroit.”

Ahead of the Week 6 rematch, Lewis was asked about his comments once again and said, “I honestly don’t remember. Sometimes I just black out, just go somewhere else with it. But if I said anything disrespectful, I’d probably say it again,” per The Athletic.

By game’s end, Jared Goff had lit up the Dallas secondary for 315 yards and three touchdowns.

Cowboys fans can only hope that either the smack talk or the pass defense improves.
