PHILADELPHIA — It is agonizing enough getting dominated by the vengeful Super Bowl champs in your first visit to their hostile Eagles nest.

But when you see your rookie brother, Cam Skattebo, suffer a gruesome dislocated ankle and in turmoil at the end of an incompletion over the middle against Zack Baun in the second quarter, and you watch him carted off the field, it shakes you to your core.

These were the two kids who put it on the Eagles and put it on them good at MetLife Stadium, two kids who put it on the line every time, two kids who have given the fan base hope at last.

“I was devastated,” Jaxson Dart said softly after Eagles 38, Giants 20. “That’s my boy, man. Seen him go down, and obviously reacting to what happened, it sucks. It’s the worst part of this game.”
