Influencer Lyas Medini shocked all of Us last night with an outrageous outfit.
Medini, 26, stepped out in a jaw-dropping look at the 2025 British Fashion Awards at the Royal Albert Hall on Monday, December 1. For the event, he wore a naked look by Jean Paul Gaultier.
His outfit featured a long sleeve top with printed chest hair and nipples on it. Medini teamed the top with a very realistic-looking pair of pants featuring a bulge and more hair. He let the look speak for itself, opting for simple black sandals and no accessories.
Medini added a pop of color to his ensemble with bright pink lipstick. His black hair was pushed back and slicked-back in a wet style with a single curl falling over his forehead.
Fans shared their thoughts on his bold ensemble via Instagram on Monday.
“JAIL,” stylist Harrison Thomas Crite wrote, while content creator Bruno Castilho Ribeiro quipped, “For the love of god.” Another social media user wrote, “Yeah… that’s enough internet for the night…”

Medini shared more photos of his outfit via Instagram. “hAPPY @britishfashioncouncil awards #tfa thank you @losingpurity,” he captioned a photo of himself posing on the red carpet.
While posing on the red carpet, Medini opened up to Hypebae about his outfit.
“I have padding in my ass,” he shared, while walking up to model Alex Consani and giving her a hug. I’m wearing Jean Paul Gaultier — a look that created some backlash online.”
He added, “I wanted to reclaim it.” He then asked Consani, 22, who was standing next to him, what she thought of his look.
“I think naked is back,” the Victoria’s Secret Angel said, approving of his skin-tight look.
“Naked is back,” Medini agreed.
Consani then asked him what he thought of her Alexander McQueen look, to which he gave her an enthusiastic scream.
“Did you ever wear the skull scarf as a teenager?” he asked Consani who rocked a black strapless top adorned with red skulls and a matching skirt, which was an iconic McQueen design in the mid 2000s and early 2010s.
“No, I was broke,” Consani replied. “But now I have money so I wear it now, yes,” she laughed.
Duran Lantink, who is the creative director of Jean Paul Gaultier, opened up about the controversial line, telling WWD that instead of diving into the designer’s archives, he created “[a] fantasy of all these memories I have from Gaultier and twisted them into how I think it would look today.” He added that the line is “not necessarily something that you would see in the street.”
Lantink, 38, also told Vogue ahead of the runway, “I’m probably going to be slaughtered for it.”
