Babyface-on-babyface promos aren’t always easy, but AEW sure made it look that way.

Will Ospreay and “Hangman” Adam Page gave you everything you needed heading into their match in the final of the Owen Hart Tournament at Double or Nothing on May 25.

It was amazing this was their first time formally interacting on television, as they have only worked two-man matches together in their career. The winner of the first-time match will get a shot at the AEW World Championship at All In.

Page gave you his come-to-Jesus moment that, after two years looking for vengeance after Swerve Strickland invaded his home on TV, he’s finally ready to move past being the obsessed and sadistic cowboy who burned down Strickland’s childhood home, stuck a needle in his lip and cost him the AEW World championship as part of their story.
