Travis Kelce appeared to get more questions about proposing to his girlfriend Taylor Swift than chasing a fourth Super Bowl ring during Super Bowl 2025 opening night in New Orleans on Monday.

The Chiefs’ tight end played coy when asked by reporters about a potential engagement with the superstar singer two years into their relationship.

“Wouldn’t you like to know,” Kelce, 35, said with a smile when asked if he planned to propose to Swift.

The 10-time Pro Bowler was also asked if he had planmed to give Swift a ring after the Super Bowl rematch between the Chiefs and the Eagles this Sunday.

Betting markets have actually released odds about whether Kelce will propose, with “No” being the heavy favorite.

“Anyone special? A Super Bowl ring? Next question,” Kelce said before another reporter asked about a potential proposal.

“Damn, back-to-back [questions about proposing]. You guys are crazy,” Kelce responded.

Kelce also gushed over Swift’s cooking and her passion on stage while at the podium at Caesars Superdome, home of Super Bowl 2025.

“Oh, she’s quite the cook,” Kelce said when asked his favorite food Swift makes. “I’m a breakfast guy, man. I would say her homemade Pop Tarts are unbelievable.”

He added, “I better hold up my end of the bargain. She’s up there being the superstar that she is and never taking no for an answer and always working her tail off. I better match that energy for sure.”

It’s unclear if Swift is set to attend the big game.

The 14-time Grammy winner does have more free time these days after she wrapped up her Eras Tour in December.

Swift supported Kelce at the Chiefs’ 32-29 victory over the Bills in the AFC Championship game at Arrowhead Stadium on Jan. 26.

The couple kissed on the field under falling red and gold confetti, as seen in photos from the postgame celebration.

The “Cruel Summer” singer also supported Kelce when the Chiefs beat the 49ers, 25-22, in overtime in last year’s Super Bowl at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

The couple has been dating since the summer of 2023.

Kansas City is in the Super Bowl for a third straight year and on the brink of a historic three-peat.
