A key SEC matchup will go down in Oklahoma this afternoon when the Ole Miss Rebels visit the Sooners in Week 9 of the NCAA season.

Ole Miss was handed their first loss of the season last week in a 35-43 loss to the Georgia Bulldogs; the Rebels were up going into the fourth quarter, but Georgia’s defense held them to zero points white the Bulldog offense mounted a comeback. With the loss, Ole Miss dropped three spots to No. 8 in the country.

The Rebels’ offense, which has averaged nearly 500 yards per game, will now have to contend with Oklahoma’s defense, which currently leads the nation in total defense, sacks, tackles for loss and opponent yards per play. Oklahoma bounced back from a Week 5 loss to Texas in last week’s 26-7 victory over South Carolina.
