After 62 games that saw 30 teams get eliminated, just two teams and one game remain in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. Two UEFA titleholders, Chelsea FC and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) will go head-to-head in this afternoon’s Club World Cup final.

Chelsea FC entered the Club World Cup as the current UEFA Conference League champions after being crowned in May with a victory over Real Betis. The English Premier League fourth-place finishers had relatively easy path to the final was marked by just one loss.

In mid-May, PSG won the French Ligue 1 for the 13th time, and then just two weeks later, defeated Inter Milan 5-0 in the UEFA Champions League final. While they also only lost one game in the group stage, their last four wins were all shutouts victories.

Two of the top club teams in the world will now battle it out at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium for the FIFA title.
