Friday Night Baseball: How to watch Dodgers-Phillies, Rays-Rangers for free

It’s the second Friday night of the 2025 MLB season, so it’s time for another Friday Night Baseball doubleheader.

First up, Apple will showcase the reigning World Series champion Los Angeles Dodgers (sans World Series MVP Freddie Freeman, who is out with an ankle injury) as they take on the Philadelphia Phillies in the first game of a three-game weekend series.

The Tampa Bay Rays and Texas Rangers will also kick off their weekend series on Apple TV+. With a later start time, it’ll be the second game showcased this evening.

These games, part of Friday Night Baseball, are exclusive to Apple TV+, but fear not: It’s easy and free to subscribe and tune in.
