Bulls vs. Mavericks prediction
The ball has been in Giddey’s hands since the Bulls dealt away Zach Lavine.
Since Feb. 12, Giddey is averaging 22.4 points, 9.9 rebounds, and 8.8 assists – all of which would be career highs.
He’s logged three triple-doubles and another seven double-doubles over that stretch, filling up the box score like he never has before.
Bulls vs. Mavericks pick
Perhaps most surprisingly, Giddey has been lights out from deep, hitting 53.2 percent of his 3-point attempts on 4.4 tries per game.
He’ll try to help the Bulls defend their home floor against the injury-riddled Mavericks in Chicago on Saturday.
Dallas welcomed Anthony Davis back from injury earlier this week, but the Mavs have been atrocious on the defensive end since the All-Star festivities, allowing 119.1 points per game on a Western Conference-high 49.7 percent shooting.
