It’s every Giants fan’s fever dream, and it’s John Mara’s dream, and the current regime’s dream as they all gaze into the future: Jaxson Dart drops back, and throws a missile deep downfield to Malik Nabers.
“I think he’ll work so hard from Day 1 with him, and he’ll fly to wherever he is in the offseason to work with him and get down their throws and timing and everything. They’ll be an amazing pair for a long time to come,” Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin told The Post on Monday.
Dart (37-for-88) completed 42 percent of deep throws for Kiffin at Ole Miss with a 47.7 percent adjusted completion rate for a nation-leading 1,517 yards, 17 touchdowns and four interceptions.
“He really improved his game there, and ended up being one of, if not the best in the country at it,” Kiffin said.
