Hope Hicks, a former top aide to President Trump, is joining forces with Megyn Kelly to help the podcasting star grow her burgeoning media empire, The Post has learned.

Hicks, 36, on Monday will be named chief operating officer of Kelly’s Devil May Care Media, which includes “The Megyn Kelly Show,” the morning news show “AM Update with Megyn Kelly,” as well as the newly launched MK Media, a network of shows from journalists and creators.

“Hope Hicks is exactly the kind of woman I want running my company with me — strong, smart, strategic and the embodiment of class and poise,” Kelly said in a statement obtained exclusively by The Post.

“She’s at the top of a growing media conglomerate and there’s no limit to where she can take it; my best-in-the-business staff and I are thrilled to have her on board.”

Hicks will report to Kelly and lead business development for Devil May Care, which was launched by the conservative media star in 2020.

“Megyn has used her talent, integrity, and unparalleled credibility to create content unlike anything else available today,” Hicks told The Post.

“I am incredibly humbled and thrilled to be joining Megyn and her team in continuing to build what is undoubtedly a flourishing business.”

“The Megyn Kelly Show” launched as an audio-only podcast in September 2020, before partnering with SiriusXM in 2021 to become a live, daily radio show and expand to video.

It is now one of the most-consumed independent shows in the nation — a top program on both Apple and Spotify podcast charts, with a YouTube channel that has over 3.7 million subscribers.

Content from the show gets hundreds of millions of views per month across all platforms, with millions of followers on Instagram, TikTok and X, among other social platforms, the company said.

In March, Devil May Care announced the launch of MK Media with new shows hosted by journalist and 2Way founder Mark Halperin, Daily Mail culture columnist Maureen Callahan, who had previously worked for The Post, and influencer and political commentator Link Lauren.

MK Media is set to launch a true crime channel next and will divulge the details soon, the company said.

Hicks, who worked for the Trump Organization before serving as press secretary for Trump’s first White House campaign in 2016, has been running her own media consulting company the past four years

The Greenwich, Conn., native was hired as the White House communications director following the Republican’s stunning victory over Hillary Clinton and became one of Trump’s most trusted advisers.

She stepped down in 2018 but returned in 2020 to serve as counselor to the president until 2021.

In between her White House stints, Hicks joined Fox Corp. as executive vice president and chief communications officer.

Fox Corp. shares common ownership with The Post’s parent company, News Corp.

Kelly first got to know Hicks during Trump’s first run for the White House. The anchor famously traded barbs with him in 2015 while moderating a GOP presidential debate for Fox News.

She pressed the then-longshot Republican candidate about misogynistic, sexist comments he made in the past, such as calling some women “fat pigs, dogs, slobs, and disgusting animals.”

The heated exchange led to Trump’s notorious comment to Don Lemon, who was then an anchor at CNN, telling him that Kelly had “blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her … wherever.”

Nonetheless, Kelly supported Trump’s return to the White House.

She recently told Stephen A. Smith on his Sirius show about how she’s been able to “check” her “personal feelings” about Trump and that she’s “100% rooting” for the president.
