Billionaire Elon Musk was spotted sporting some unique footwear Friday as he stepped off a plane in Palm Beach, Fla., en route to President-elect Donald Trump’s White House transition nerve center.

The world’s richest person – clad head-to-toe in black – wore sneakers emblazoned with the distinctive SpaceX logo, the rocket company he founded in 2002.

Musk, 53, was driven to Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate after landing at Palm Beach International Airport.

The president-elect – who released his own “official sneaker” earlier this year – has been working behind closed doors at Mar-a-Lago to staff his incoming administration after his sweeping victory over Vice President Kamala Harris on Tuesday.

Musk, who endorsed Trump, 78, for president after the July 13 assassination attempt in Butler, Pa., was by the president-elect’s side in Palm Beach Tuesday night as election results rolled in.

The X, Tesla and SpaceX boss joined Trump in the president-elect’s phone conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Wednesday.

Zelensky described his phone conversation with Trump as “excellent” but was reportedly surprised to learn that Musk was also on the line, according to Axios.

On the campaign trail, Trump frequently teased the possibility of having Musk serve a prominent role in his administration.

“We’ll have a new position: Secretary of Cost-Cutting. Elon wants to do that,” Trump said last month in an interview with Fox Business.

Musk’s latest visit to Mar-a-Lago comes one day after the president-elect named his campaign co-chair Susie Wiles as his incoming White House chief of staff.

Wiles will become the first female White House chief of staff in US history.
