Damian Lillard is heading back to Rose City.
Lillard, 35, is finalizing a three-year, $42 million deal with the Trail Blazers, ESPN’s Shams Charania reported on Thursday.
As part of the deal, there will be a player option for the 2027-28 season and a no-trade clause.
Signs had pointed to a likely reunion between Lillard and the Blazers after he was surprisingly bought out by the Bucks earlier this month with two years left on his contract.
Now, Lillard returns to the place where he previously played 11 seasons.
