Linda Holliday is doing just “fine” following her breakup with Bill Belichick after 16 years of dating.
Holliday, whose split from the newly hired UNC football coach was reported in 2023, is “busy and continuing to lead a happy life,” a source told People on Wednesday.
“She has a good attitude about her life. She has a lovely family and good friends,” the insider said.
Though said to be “hurt after the split, Holliday has moved on,” People reported.
Holliday regularly posts life happenings on Instagram from Nantucket, where she has “at least one place” from Belichick, according to the publication.
She and Belichick, 72, had been together since 2007.
Holliday created a social media stir back in October when she dressed up as a character from “Kill Bill” for Halloween. She later told critics to “lighten up” and “laugh a little.”
The eight-time Super Bowl winner has failed to escape headlines even after he departed the Patriots in January following 24 seasons at the helm.
Over the summer, it was revealed Belichick and former college cheerleader Jordon Hudson, 24, are an item.
TMZ reported in June how the pair “have been romantic for a while now.”
Belichick pivoted to on-screen opportunities when the NFL season began but stunned much of the sports community earlier this month upon joining the college ranks as the Tar Heels’ new head coach.
Moments after UNC announced Belichick’s hiring, Hudson shared a cheeky celebratory message on Instagram.
“We are onto Chapel Hill!!!” she exclaimed, referencing Belichick’s infamous “We’re onto Cincinnati” phrase uttered at a past press conference.
Hudson attended Belichick’s introductory press conference last week.
An insider recently provided insight into the pair’s “solid relationship” with People.
“Bill will put his all into the new coaching job which he is very excited about,” the source said.
“But Jordon is also a busy woman with a lot going on. So I don’t see this doing anything but enhancing their solid relationship.”
Hudson is already hyping up Belichick’s staff, specifically new general manager and former NFL exec Michael Lombardi.
