If Big Brother alum Natalie Negrotti and her sister, Stephanie, don’t finish No. 1 on The Amazing Race 38, it won’t be because of their No. 2s.

Natalie, 35, explained via TikTok that she packed adult diapers to take with her on the show so that when nature calls, she won’t need to stop to answer.

“I bought diapers for finals because I’m not going to lose the game because I have to poop or pee,” she said in a video that detailed her extensive preparation for the game.

The Amazing Race 38, which premieres Thursday, September 25, features a cast entirely made of former Big Brother players and their chosen partners. Other players include the last three Big Brother winners, BB26’s Chelsie Baham, competing with her father Jack, BB25’s Jag Bains and his brother, Jas, and BB24’s Taylor Hale and her boyfriend, BB23’s Kyland Young.

Knowing she will be competing on a season full of gamers, Natalie didn’t limit her prep to just the diapers. The TikTok video also showed her studying the flags of the world and practicing soccer — both common competitions on The Amazing Race. She also showed herself running with a weighted vest to simulate wearing a backpack.

“I’m gonna miss my glamorous life, but it’s time for boot camp,” she said. “I watched and studied most of the seasons of Amazing Race.”

A former NFL cheerleader, Natalie even boned up on her dance skills, which she admitted had gotten “a little rusty.”

“They have dance competitions on each season,” she added. “Learning choreography is pertinent to winning this game.’

Natalie made her reality TV debut on Big Brother 18, where she placed sixth. After that, she stayed in the reality sphere, competing on three seasons of The Challenge. That includes an appearance on The Challenge: Vendattas, where she competed against her Big Brother nemesis, Victor Arroyo. Her lone finals appearance came the next season in The Challenge: Final Reckoning.

“I’m a person who works hard for the things I want in life,” Natalie said. “I’m a strong, independent woman who gives my hundred percent to everything I do. I can’t just half-ass things and cut corners or rely on other people.”

She continued, “I have to be able to be well-rounded and do everything for myself, and since my teammate is really strong, really well-rounded and really good at everything she does, I have to really be able to match her energy and be a teammate.”

The Amazing Race 38 premieres on CBS Thursday, September 24 at 9 p.m. ET.
