Ariana Biermann is setting the record straight on her DUI court case that was resolved just days before her new show premiered on Bravo.

“I hate that this is all surfacing right now,” Biermann, 23, shared on the Monday, June 9, episode of iHeartRadio’s “Casual Chaos” podcast. “It’s been three years and I didn’t do it, and I was never gonna take any deal or do anything, and I denied so many of them because I was like, ‘No, I didn’t do this. I’m fighting this.’”

Us Weekly confirmed in August 2022 that Biermann had been arrested after she was involved in a car crash. She denied drinking and driving before the accident.

In May, court documents confirmed that the former Don’t Be Tardy star pleaded guilty to reckless driving and possession and use of drug-related objects. Other charges, including a DUI, were dropped by prosecutors.

Biermann will serve 24 months of probation, pay over $2,000 in fines, perform 40 hours of community service and abstain from consuming alcoholic beverages or drugs.

In her latest podcast interview with Next Gen NYC costar Gia Giudice, Biermann slammed the “misconception” that she has a DUI on her record. “I do not.  It was dismissed completely,” she shared. “I do not have one at all.”

“I was fighting this case. That was two years ago,” Biermann continued. “Then they offered me this [deal] in August and I said, ‘You know what, I’ll take it.’ They got back to me in May like that.”

While Biermann said she had “anxiety” waiting for the sentencing and the inevitable media headlines that would come as the result of the case’s outcome, she’s now excited about what the future holds.

“I am literally gonna have a damn six-pack. No more wine,” she said. “I’m seriously going to have an actual six-pack.”

Giudice added, “Honestly, the positive that me and Ariana both said about this: She’s gonna get in the sickest shape of her life.”

Biermann is also excited to have the opportunity to showcase her new reality away from parents Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann.

In Next Gen NYC, cameras roll as Ariana navigates life in New York City with her boyfriend Hudson McLeroy and a group of friends, including Giudice, 24, Riley Burruss and Brooks Marks.

During the show’s premiere party at New York City’s Flyfish Club on June 2, Ariana stepped out in a sparkling corset as she “wanted to be like Kim Kardashian.”

“I just want to say thank you so much for making this possible, and being with me on this journey since 5 years old,” Ariana wrote via Instagram on June 3. “ I feel beyond blessed to be in a position to do this and live my dream in New York City. U love you x a million and can’t wait to share this chapter of my life with you. Xx.”
